Role Overview: This position requires leading the development and execution of quantum security offerings, building relationships with senior clients, and guiding engagement strategies. The role involves scaling high-performance delivery teams, managing financial performance, and developing thought leadership through whitepapers and speaking engagements. Responsibilities Define go-to-market strategies and foster executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and other stakeholders.Lead and scale consulting teams, oversee project financials, and ensure quality delivery.Create thought leadership content and enhance market visibility.Develop scalable service models tailored to quantum security, attracting technical talent, and mentoring team members.Uphold professional integrity and foster a respectful work environment. Qualifications & Skills At least 8 years of recent experience with post-quantum cryptography standards (CNSA 2.0, NIST) and enterprise implementation.Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s required.Proven ability to build consulting offerings, manage P&L, and lead cross-functional teams.Experience negotiating with major technology vendors and engaging C-suite audiences.Knowledge of global quantum security regulations and infrastructure mandates.Strong communication skills, including crafting go-to-market narratives and presenting at conferences.Ability to travel up to 30%; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
