About the role

The position involves leading strategic initiatives in quantum security, building and managing high-performance teams, and developing market-leading offerings in post-quantum cryptography (PQC).

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of experience in PQC standards and enterprise implementation strategies, with a strong background in building consulting offerings and managing P&L
• Proven success in forming technology partnerships with vendors like Google and IBM
• Strong understanding of global quantum security regulations and ability to communicate complex concepts to C-suite and board audiences
• Experience in developing practice visibility through whitepapers and conference presentations
• Bachelor's degree is required; master's degree preferred
• Ability to travel and work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship
