Cryptography - Post-Quantum Research Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of quantum security offerings.
• Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, including CISOs and CIOs.
• Guide client engagements and deliver strategic advice to senior leadership.
• Scale a high‑performance delivery team to meet growing demand.
• Manage financial performance, including P&L responsibility.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards across all deliverables.
• Develop thought leadership through whitepapers, speaking engagements, and industry publications.
• Launch scalable methodologies tailored to quantum security domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of experience with Post‑Quantum Cryptography standards (e.g., CNSA 2.0, NIST).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record in building consulting offerings and managing P&L.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate technology partnerships.
• Deep understanding of global quantum security regulations.
• Experience engaging senior leadership audiences.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business strategy into technical execution.
• Ability to attract and retain top technical talent.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative approach that fosters a respectful work environment.
