Key Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate the end-to-end onboard guest experience
• Serve as the central point of contact between guests, crew, and shore teams
• Deliver engaging briefings, host events, and curate daily programming
• Oversee and accompany excursions, ensuring high-quality execution
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve challenges with professionalism and speed

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English and Mandarin (required)
• Proven success in hospitality, luxury travel, events, or guest services
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and direct teams
• Highly adaptable, experienced in engaging diverse global audiences, with a guest-focused mindset
