CRT - Certified Respiratory Therapist - Multiple Shifts

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Implement, monitor, and document treatment and equipment use.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust as needed based on patient outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education on health conditions and support programs.
• Maintain and sterilize respiratory equipment and manage departmental supplies.
• Respond to emergency calls from the resuscitation team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist credential from the Alabama Board of Respiratory Therapy.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Current BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
