About the role

We are continuously seeking dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapists (RTs) to join our growing team. This is an evergreen posting for current and future openings across different shifts and employment statuses.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' respiratory status
• Administer treatments such as nebulizers, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation
• Provide education to patients and families on respiratory care techniques
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of [State]
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• Experience in acute care settings preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
