Cross Utilized Supervisor - SGU

About the role

As a Supervisor at SkyWest Airlines, you will lead a team of airline professionals to provide an excellent customer experience and maintain an efficient, safe, and on-time airline. You’ll set a positive work atmosphere, promote guiding principles, and work closely with other supervisors to maintain consistent standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, supervise, and oversee all cross-utilized agents
• Provide direction, guidance, and positive motivation for all station personnel
• Ensure compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures
• Promote teamwork to achieve station goals
• Attend company training classes as needed
• Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel
• Perform cross-utilized agent duties as required

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong people and employee-relationship skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Understanding of ticketing, gate, and ramp procedures
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Knowledge of SkyWest Airlines’ policies and procedures
• Familiarity with partner-dedicated computer systems
• Flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

$14.50 per hour, plus override
