About the role
The Cross-Functional Operations Coordinator I position is within the Office of the University Registrar at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). This is a dual-place position, requiring 1-2 days per week in Manchester, NH.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service while serving on the “front lines” of the Office of the University Registrar as the full-time generalist of the office.
- Answer incoming phone calls for the main Registrar telephone line and speak to a wide variety of topics across functions, including calendars and dates, grades, registration, enrollment, transfer credits, program modifications, program evaluations, conferral, commencement, etc.
- Distribute incoming inquiries from students and staff, using different technological platforms such as the SNHU Service Portal, customer resource manager (CRM), and student information system.
- Complete tasks for Registrar teams, including enrollment verifications, diploma name and address changes, etc.
- Maintain G2P documentation to ensure accurate and information is provided to all employees, making necessary updates to documentation.
- Support Registrar teams with special projects and data entry.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or the equivalent relevant work experience.
- Two successful years of experience working in a customer service setting.
- Experience completing tasks using a variety of computer-based technologies.
- Familiarity with Student Information Systems is helpful.
