AGRILAND FS is seeking a passionate individual to join their team as a Sales Representative focusing on farm gate agriculture sales and advice on agronomy inputs.

What We Need From You

• Minimum of a two or four year degree or equivalent experience in sales or an agriculture related industry
• Strong agricultural aptitude with experience learning on the job to become an expert
• Examples of influencing others either in a leadership or sales relationship
• Strong business skills, including ability to collaborate, effective communication, dedicated customer focus, and solid decision-making abilities
• Experience working outside of regular hours to meet and exceed customer needs

What You Will Do

• Contact targeted customers and prospects to market agronomy products and services that enhance the producer’s business
• Resolve agronomic problems
• Utilize all sales tools such as Precision Farming, Crop Scouting, Finance, and other business solutions to enhance customer relationships
