AGRILAND FS looking for a person with a passion for farm gate agriculture to sell and advise on agronomy inputs.

About the Role

This individual will combine their work ethic and desire to learn with our training and development programs to make a direct impact on customers' entire acre, with a focus on seed, fertilizer, crop protection, and precision farming.

Responsibilities

• Contact targeted customers and prospects to market agronomy products and services that enhance the producer’s business
• Resolve agronomic problems
• Utilize all sales tools such as Precision Farming, Crop Scouting, Finance, and other business solutions to enhance customer relationships

Requirements

• Minimum of a two or four year degree or equivalent experience in sales or an agriculture-related industry
• Agricultural aptitude with experience learning on the job to become an expert
• Examples of influencing others either in a leadership or sales relationship
• Strong business skills, including ability to collaborate, communicate, have a dedicated customer focus, and make solid decisions
• Experience working outside of normal hours to meet and exceed the needs of a customer
