About the role

This position involves combining a strong work ethic with ongoing training to provide comprehensive agronomy advice and product sales to farmers.

Responsibilities

• Contact targeted customers and prospects to market agronomy products and services.
• Resolve agronomic problems using all available tools like Precision Farming, Crop Scouting, Finance, etc.
• Enhance customer relationships through effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements

• Minimum of a two or four-year degree or equivalent experience in sales or agriculture.
• Agricultural aptitude and experience learning on the job to become an expert.
• Experience influencing others in leadership or sales roles.
• Strong business skills including collaboration, communication, customer focus, and decision-making.
• Experience working outside standard hours to meet customer needs.

• Passion for farm gate agriculture.
