CRNA - Per Diem

Summit Health is a growing, physician-led, multispecialty practice environment operating multiple ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) for a wide range of ambulatory surgeries. This per diem opportunity offers a fantastic lifestyle with no nights, no call, no holidays, and no weekend work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively on a team with 15 full-time anesthesiologists and 5 CRNAs.
• Provide anesthetic care for a wide variety of cases, including:
  • General Surgery
  • Bariatric Surgery
  • Orthopedics
  • Joint Replacement
  • Spine
  • Plastics
  • ENT
  • Urology
  • Ophthalmology
  • GI
• Provide anesthetic care for all types of patients and procedures in collaboration with the medically directing physician, adhering to the standards and guidelines of the Department of Anesthesiology.
• Administer anesthesia during surgery or procedures, continuously monitor the patient’s vital signs and reactions, and manage accordingly.

Requirements

• NJ State Medical License.
• Certification and board certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• CDS and DEA certification required.
• Ability to commute to Berkeley Heights and Florham Park, as needed.

Pay

Compensation range: $200.00/hour. The provided range is based on industry standards, and salary determinations will consider factors such as years of experience, individual performance, quality measures, and location.
