About the Hospital
A growing regional hospital with over 400 employed providers, this facility has expanded over the last 20 years through acquisitions and a merger with an established outpatient clinic. Recent additions include a new 39-bed ICU and a Cancer Center. The hospital handles 60,000 annual emergency medicine visits and utilizes 5 da Vinci Robots for surgery. It is affiliated with Mayo Clinic and will soon establish a new family medicine residency, serving a 25-county area.
About the Role
Join an existing department of 19 physicians and 11 CRNAs. The department covers cases in interventional and non-interventional cardiology, obstetrics, urology, cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, otolaryngology, orthopedic, and general surgery. This position offers:
- No call
- No weekends
- No holidays
Compensation and Benefits
- $20,000 sign-on bonus
- $330,000 base salary
- 6 weeks PTO
- $5,000 relocation allowance
Requirements
- Training and certification for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Texas license or pending application (preferred, not required)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Medical Doctor with or without US residency, with a current US work visa
