Compensation and Benefits

• $238,800 Annual base salary
• 8 weeks PTO
• Seniority Premium - $16,667 for 10+ years of experience
• Commencement Bonus - $16,667
• Annual Retention Bonus - $3,000

• Supervision model with >40,000 cases per year
• Over 6,000 births per year
• Over 40 anesthetizing locations across 5 facilities
• General, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics, Obstetrical, NORA (Cath Lab, and GI)
• Flexible shift options: 8s, 10s, 12s

Qualifications

• Active state license
• DEA
• State CDS
• Board certification required: ACLS, PALS, BLS
