About the role

Somnia Anesthesia, a physician-owned and clinician-led anesthesia group, is seeking CRNAs to join its expanding team within the Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare System in Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities

  • Practice to your full scope of practice including regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines
  • Work in multiple specialties including general, cardiology, vascular, neurology, orthopedics, ENT, gastroenterology, gynecology, plastics, obstetrics, and neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
  • Supervise up to 40,000 cases annually, including 6,000 births, across 40 anesthetizing locations
  • Flexible shift options available, including 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts

Requirements

  • Active state license
  • DEA license
  • State Certified Drug Specialist (CDS) certification
  • Board certification required
  • American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of anesthesia experience
  • Experience with advanced anesthesia techniques
  • Strong mentorship and professional development skills

Skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in anesthesia equipment and procedures
