About the role

The Critical Care Supervisor at Trios Health is a vital member of the Intensive Care Unit team. This position involves advocating for patient and staff wellbeing, providing training and support, and ensuring high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Provides orientation, direction, training, and educational development to nursing staff.
  • Assists with competency verification, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Affirms and ensures the quality of services provided, participates in quality assurance studies, and implements quality initiatives.
  • Serves as a resource to staff, other departments, and external contacts.
  • Led the handling and resolution of issues and complaints, assists with the development of policies, and ensures staff compliance with policies/procedures/protocols/regulations.

Requirements

  • Current WA state RN license (or compact license).
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • BLS, ACLS required.
  • Additional qualifications include critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience required.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Qualifications

Pay
