Role: Provide advanced clinical care to critically ill patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit. Responsibilities Assess and diagnose critically ill patients.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Manage ventilators and advanced ICU therapies.Perform credentialed bedside procedures.Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
