Critical Care Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity care for adult ICU and step-down patients.
• Perform advanced assessments, order and interpret diagnostics.
• Manage ventilators and vasoactive medications according to protocols.
• Work closely with intensivists, hospitalists, nursing, and ancillary teams to coordinate evidence-based care.
• Ensure safe patient transitions and optimize clinical outcomes.
