Crisis Social Worker Emergency Department (Per Diem)

Job Summary

Affords the opportunity to assess patients and prepare individual Master Treatment Plans, updating these plans every 30 days. Conducts mini-mental status exams and psychosocial assessments, facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions. Ensures all interactions are documented in a manner compliant with company, state, and federal guidelines. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Experience: 2 years of related experience.
• Licensure/Certification: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.

Skills

Designs a unique Master Treatment Plan for each patient based on diagnosis and issues identified in the assessments. Reviews and updates treatment plans every 30 days. Performs a mini mental status exam and psychosocial assessment on all new patients. Performs other duties as assigned. Provides group and individual therapy and prepares timely documentation in compliance with company, state, and federal guidelines. Performs related duties as required.
