About the role
The Social Worker at Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital will provide clinical social work services to patients and families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Assist with crisis intervention and discharge planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Licensure as a Social Worker in the state of California
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Current CPR certification
