About the role

We are seeking dedicated Crisis Service Professionals to provide on‑call crisis response, risk assessments, and mobile support for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies in Adams & Juneau Counties.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to crisis calls and conduct risk assessments
  • Offer brief counseling and follow-up to clients in crisis
  • Meet clients in various settings such as homes, hospitals, and community locations
  • Gather information and connect clients to community resources
  • Maintain relationships with law enforcement and community partners
  • Document all interactions thoroughly and accurately
  • Stay informed on relevant laws and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related fields
  • Preferred experience in mental health or crisis response
  • Knowledge of community resources and crisis assessment skills
  • Ability to work independently under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule

  • On‑call crisis response role with quick response times within an hour in the assigned counties
  • Occasional travel for meetings or training
