Crisis Case Manager - Peer Aftercare Specialist

The Crisis department at Terros Health provides behavioral health crisis services to children and adults. Our goal is to help patients understand their crisis within the context of their recovery goals, developing skills and insights to prevent or cope with future crises.

Requirements

• Self-identified, first-hand experience with self or family members with serious mental illness and/or a chronic disease to become peer certified

• Flexible to collaborate with team members across various programs
• Familiarity with filing mental health petitions or willingness to learn
• Capable and confident in working with diverse populations, particularly those experiencing chronic homelessness
• Possess solid written and verbal communication skills
