Crisis Intervention Licensed Therapist - Weekend Shift

Job Summary

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Intervention Licensed Therapist to join their interdisciplinary Crisis Response Team in Hendricks and Putnam Counties. This is a hybrid position with a home base at their Avon office, offering a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis assessments through telephonic, walk-in, mobile and virtual crisis response.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and stabilization services.
• Coordinate psychiatric hospitalization and connect individuals to community resources.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and emergency responders to coordinate care.
• Participate in treatment planning, case management, training, and ongoing quality improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or other related field.
• Licensure in the state of Indiana as an LCSW, LMHC, LCAC and/or LMFT.

Primarily Weekends.

You MUST reside in or be willing to relocate to Indiana.
