Crisis Intervention Licensed Therapist - Night Shift

Job Summary

The Crisis Intervention Licensed Therapist provides evidence-based crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization services to individuals and families. They collaborate with community partners, including law enforcement, hospitals, and first responders, to deliver crisis services through a combination of in-person, community-based, and virtual interventions while coordinating ongoing care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct crisis assessments through telephonic, walk-in, mobile and virtual crisis response.
  • Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and stabilization services.
  • Cook psychiatric hospitalization and connect individuals to community resources.
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and emergency responders to coordinate care.
  • Participate in treatment planning, case management, training, and ongoing quality improvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or other related field;
  • Licensure in the state of Indiana as an LCSW, LMHC, LCAC and/or LMFT;
