Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-informed individual and group therapy sessions
- Facilitate therapeutic programming within a full continuum of care
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
- Support clients in developing coping strategies and relapse prevention plans
