Thursday-Monday, 8:30am-5pm

Pay

Salary ranges, depending on experience: Independent License up to $87,360 or more; Preliminary License: up to $68,640 or more

Job Duties

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Requirements

• Masters' Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required
• Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field preferred
• Provisionally or Independently Licensed in the State of Colorado required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health-related field. LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist), LAC (Licensed Addictions Counselor), LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate), LSW (Licensed Social Worker), MFTC (Marriage & Family Therapist Candidate), CAS (Certified Addiction Specialist)
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• CPR and BFA Certification required
