Responsibilities

  • Review credit card receipts for compliance and attach necessary documentation.
  • Communicate with cardholders across all levels of the organization to ensure accurate coding and reconciliation.
  • Issue and cancel credit cards as needed.
  • Maintain monitoring of usage to ensure adherence to policies.
  • Assist with inquiries and provide reporting as required.
  • Support invoice generation.
  • Handle accounts payable coding and approvals.
  • Process transactions against open material purchase orders.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the construction industry is desired.
