Responsibilities
- Review credit card receipts for compliance and attach necessary documentation.
- Communicate with cardholders across all levels of the organization to ensure accurate coding and reconciliation.
- Issue and cancel credit cards as needed.
- Maintain monitoring of usage to ensure adherence to policies.
- Assist with inquiries and provide reporting as required.
- Support invoice generation.
- Handle accounts payable coding and approvals.
- Process transactions against open material purchase orders.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the construction industry is desired.
