Responsibilities
- Credit Administration & Portfolio Support:
- Coordinate and track receipt of underwriting documents from customers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual loan and credit reports.
- Support covenant tracking, tickler systems, and annual review processes.
- Maintain accurate and complete data in the loan management system (nCino).
- Order, review, and track third-party reports such as appraisals, real estate evaluations, and collateral audits.
- Manage borrowing base certificate tracking and review accounts receivable aging reports.
- Monitor construction loan advances and supporting documentation.
- Absorb and assist with internal audits of credit processes.
- Attend Credit Committee meetings and document meeting minutes.
- Support loan participation reporting and information sharing with partner institutions.
- Complete ACH relationship annual reviews and other credit-related reporting as directed.
- Credit Analysis & Underwriting:
- Assist with or independently analyze loan requests and annual reviews.
- Evaluate cash flow, collateral, guarantor strength, and industry trends.
- Prepare written credit presentations summarizing risk and key considerations.
- Identify policy exceptions and recommend risk ratings.
- Recommend loan structures, covenants, and risk-mitigation strategies.
- Partnership & Development:
- Participate in client calls with Relationship Managers.
- Work collaboratively with lenders and Credit leadership.
- Provide guidance or mentorship to junior credit or administration staff.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- 4 year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- A minimum of three years commercial credit experience.
- We’re also seeking seasoned professionals with 10+ years of experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with nCino a plus.
- Experience with Jack Henry, LaserPro, or financial spreading software a plus.
