Full-Time Universal Banker

About the role

Provides sales, service, and operational support within a banking environment, ensuring excellent client experiences and compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Processing financial transactions (deposits, currency handling, check cashing)
• Opening and managing deposit accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, money market)
• Conducting outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns
• Supporting client needs through consultative conversations, recommending appropriate products, and cross-selling services to generate new business and deepen relationships
• Assisting with loan applications, onboarding new accounts, and providing platform support
• Collaborating with team members on daily operations, including audit controls, and contributing to operational efficiency

Skills

• Deliver prompt, high-quality customer service and resolve client issues effectively
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable banking products and services
• Open and process demand and time deposit accounts, including savings and loan applications
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, especially during campaigns
• Support daily banking operations, including audit controls and staff training
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and ethical standards
• Maintain operational efficiency and stay updated on procedural changes
