Creative Services Manager

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• Four (4) years of directly related experience
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience

Supplemental Functions

• Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with college policies, procedures and Core Values
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands, Working Conditions and Physical Effort

• Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly having to move objects.
• Office environment. Little physical effort required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of graphic design theory, techniques and software
• Knowledge of visual presentation principles, including photography, videography and digital web-based
• Knowledge of advertising strategy and marketing communication principles
• Knowledge of print, photography and broadcast industry standards
• Knowledge of college priorities and key messages
• Knowledge of budget preparation, including bid requests and negotiation
• Design and creative skills
• Management and supervisory skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Computer and applicable software skills
• Organization and time management skills
• Proficiency with leveraging AI tools to generate, explore, and refine creative concepts and visual direction in support of design projects
• Able to assess and maintain brand standards
• Able to review and analyze work of creative team and outside contractors
• Able to motivate and supervise the creative team
• Able to ensure creative work meets ADA accessibility standards and principles
• Able to develop criteria and evaluate marketing communication efforts
• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information

Hiring Range

• Hiring Minimum: $65,420.00
• Hiring Maximum: $79,780.50
