Job Responsibilities
- Lead the organization’s creative output across campaigns, communications, research, fundraising, websites, and events
- Develop creative concepts from initial idea through final execution, creating highly engaging, digital-first content that expands the reach and impact of CCDH’s work
- Design graphics, video, websites, and multimedia content across social media, campaigns, reports, and fundraising
- Work across the organization to turn complex ideas into compelling visual storytelling and identify opportunities for highly shareable content
- Lead creative support for virtual and in-person events, including branding, presentations, photography, videography, and AV coordination
- Commission and manage external creative partners and vendors when needed
- Maintain and continue developing CCDH’s visual identity across all external communications
Person Specification
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, creative, multimedia, or digital design
- A design portfolio demonstrating exceptional work across social media, digital campaigns, video, and brand
- Experience developing creative from concept through execution, with a strong understanding of what captures attention and drives engagement
- Exceptional design skills and creative judgment, with the ability to produce high-quality work at pace
- Experience collaborating across teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Experience designing websites and landing pages using Figma or similar design tools
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and digital best practices
Desirable
- Agency experience
- Motion graphics or animation experience
- Experience supporting live and virtual events
- Experience working across international organizations or campaigns
