What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in Creative Operations, event production, or marketing operations with hands-on experience managing vendors, running programs in matrixed environments, and supporting live event execution.
• Complex logistics oversight - Able to effectively manage large quantities of assets while having a strong understanding of the systems, the players, and where bottlenecks may occur.
• Ownership mindset - you treat the program as yours to run well, not a checklist to get through.
• Self-direction - you build your own structure and keep things moving without being pushed.
• Proactive communication - stakeholders always know where things stand because you told them first.
• Stakeholder influence without authority - you build credibility fast and move things forward without a formal reporting line.
• Process thinking - you run the playbook and improve it; you flag problems and come with solutions.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Production, Business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

We're looking for a Creative Operations Producer to support a large-scale, high-visibility internal program (GED) from planning through live execution and post-event wrap-up. This is a high-scope role that sits at the intersection of creative production, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination.

The client's GED is a biannual, weeklong innovation sprint that fuels a thriving builder culture. GED galvanizes technologists across the globe to experiment, prototype, and build solutions that accelerate customer impact. It's held at 13 locations worldwide and includes 10,000 technologists across the company.
