About the role

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as previous Pipe, Valve, and Fittings (PVF) experience and a strong working knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings, flanges, and related oilfield/industrial materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous Pipe, Valve, and Fittings (PVF) experience is required
• Strong working knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings, flanges, and related oilfield/industrial materials
• Must be capable of independently identifying and verifying common PVF materials, specifications, quantities, and potential discrepancies
• Previous experience in receiving, inventory control, oilfield supply, warehouse operations, construction materials, project support, or a related field required
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company requirements
• Must be able and willing to safely pull and operate a non-CDL trailer loaded with materials using a company vehicle
• Must be comfortable loading, securing, transporting, and unloading materials when required
• Working knowledge of proper load securement and safe material transportation practices
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, email, inventory systems, and company software

Responsibilities

• Identify and verify incoming pipe, valves, fittings, flanges, and other PVF materials
• Review PVF materials for accuracy and identify potential discrepancies before materials are accepted, staged, transferred, or delivered
• Assist Check In Associates with PVF identification and material-related questions
• Coordinate loading, unloading, staging, and movement of Capital Projects materials
• Pick up, deliver, or transfer materials between RK Supply locations, vendors, project sites, or other designated locations
• Safely operate a company vehicle while pulling a non-CDL trailer containing materials
• Verify loads and ensure materials are appropriately secured before transportation
• Coordinate with Capital Projects personnel, vendors, purchasing, and other departments to resolve material discrepancies
• Assist with urgent material pickups and deliveries when necessary to support project needs
