About the role

Develops and applies function-specific knowledge to support departmental goals. Cultivates and maintains professional relationships to enhance career development. Utilizes advanced research skills to support business operations and decision-making. Participates in strategic planning and marketing efforts to promote departmental initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assists clients with registration, check-in, and checkout processes
  • Manages inventory and supply management to ensure operational efficiency
  • Coordinates with university representatives to facilitate collaboration and communication
  • Provides outstanding customer service and fosters respectful relationships
  • Engages in continuous learning and professional development activities
  • Observes organizational dynamics and participates in meetings to gain insights
  • Completes project assignments and may serve in interim leadership roles
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4 preferred in one of the following fields: Accounting, Advertising, Architecture, Business and Information Systems, Business Management, Communications, Computer Science, Economics, English, Engineering, Facilities Management, Finance, Healthcare Administration, History, Human Resources Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Journalism, Marketing, Mathematics, Philosophy, Political Science, Pre-Law, Public Relations, Statistics
  • Prior AdventHealth summer internship experience or other healthcare internship preferred
  • Prior experience in an organized activity requiring team participation and time management preferred
  • Prior work experience in a professional environment preferred

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
