Responsibilities
- Ensure the revenue growth and profitability of our clinics
- Drive sales and profit results across all locations
- Lead clinic teams in USA, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded
- Act as the connection between Headquarters and the country teams; communicate vision, motivate all team members, and ensure great performance and a competitive atmosphere
- Monitor the sales plans of treatment coordinators and doctors on a daily and weekly basis; track conversions and create & execute improvement action plans when required
- Sure achievement of monthly and annual budgets, maximise revenue flows and minimise costs
- Coach and train sales and doctor teams on sales best practices
- Engage and form genuine connections with customers to keep them excited about their journey to a more confident smile
- Ensure compliance with sales & operations processes and correct follow-up procedures; resolve escalated issues
- Ensure work schedules for sales, clinical staff, and doctors are well organised
- Ensure compliance with regulations and sanitary protocols
- Engage in marketing activities, influencer visits, and photoshoots, including social media videos
- Lead by example and motivate teams to be social
- Manage negotiations with partners and external stakeholders or governing bodies; support the creation of legal and financial structures as needed
- Ensure a perfect customer experience at every stage of the customer journey
- Maintain the highest clinic standards and NPS scores
- Be available to travel
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role with a good understanding of the industry
- Strong B2C sales background and P&L management experience
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Data and results-oriented, with strong analytical and organisational skills
- A driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
- Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude: comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with lean staffing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across a wide variety of audiences
Qualifications
