Midwest Manager - United States of America
About the Role
Think Equal is a global initiative dedicated to ensuring that children of all backgrounds have equal opportunities to reach their full potential, have their views respected, and live free from discrimination and violence. The organization focuses on embedding social and emotional learning as a compulsory part of education curricula worldwide, beginning from the earliest years of formal schooling. Rather than addressing access to education, Think Equal is committed to transforming the content and quality of education to shift dominant mindsets toward equality and respect. Through its equality studies curriculum, considered as essential as literacy and numeracy, Think Equal promotes a holistic approach to education that nurtures future global citizens. The initiative aims to empower a new generation of youth leaders who can rise to the complex challenges of the 21st century.
