Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling counter transactions efficiently and friendly.
• Acknowledge customers with a smile and respond promptly to their needs.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with customers.
• Participate in team service to ensure quick customer service.
• Resolve customer issues urgently.
• Accomplish work assignments with excellence.
• Wrap, stock, and display desserts, monitoring inventory levels.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations.

Qualifications

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The position requires standing and walking for 3-5 hours without rest breaks, occasional moderate to heavy lifting, bending, and reaching. It involves grasping, writing, sitting, repetitive motions, and requires listening, hearing, and visual acuity. Manual dexterity is necessary to operate equipment.
