Counselor - After School Program

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively lead and supervise children in daily program activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Actively participate in and maintain a positive attitude towards all activities.
• Teach and assist in teaching various skills and activities to participants, as well as homework assistance.
• Manage minor behavior issues as they arise and communicate effectively with parents/guardians when necessary.
• Assist in ensuring areas used by CCRC participants are organized and cleaned.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be at least 18 years old.
• This position requires drug testing and background check prior to employment.
