COTA PRN

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team on a PRN basis at Wolfeboro Bay Center. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a COTA who enjoys hands‑on care and helping residents improve the skills needed for everyday activities and greater independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks.
• Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT.
• Observe resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Reinforce adaptive techniques and strategies that promote safety and independence.
• Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation.
• Work collaboratively with rehabilitation and interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire COTA license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply.

Pay
