COTA PRN

About the role

We are looking for a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents in improving independence and everyday functional skills. Work alongside a licensed Occupational Therapist as part of a supportive interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Assist residents with ADLs, strength, coordination, mobility, and functional activities
• Follow individualized treatment plans and monitor resident response
• Communicate progress and relevant changes to the supervising therapist
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff to support resident goals

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin COTA license required
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience preferred
