About the role
Autumn Lake at Birch Manor is looking for a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide hands-on therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Carry out individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Help residents improve ADLs, strength, coordination, mobility, and functional skills
- Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising OT
- Reinforce adaptive techniques and safety strategies
- Complete required clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications
- Active Maryland COTA license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Flexible PRN availability
Pay
$35–$38/hour
