About the role

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN opportunity in Keene, NH. This flexible role is ideal for a COTA who enjoys hands-on rehabilitation and helping residents improve the skills needed for everyday activities and greater independence.

What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks
• Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT
• Observe resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the therapy team
• Reinforce adaptive techniques and strategies that support safety and independence
• Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation
• Collaborate with rehabilitation staff and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire COTA license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing quality, resident-centered care
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
