About the role

Manage a merchandising crew on-site to execute cosmetic sets like reset, remodels, and new store execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Channel Partners and its business units in all interactions with retail partners, customers, and external vendors.
  • Support all Channel Partners policies and procedures.
  • Communicate regularly with Project Manager and/or District Manager on assigned project updates, wins, and opportunities.
  • Identify and collaborate on action plans to correct opportunities within assigned projects with Project Manager or District Manager.
  • Create a positive and engaging team environment with an open-door communication policy.
  • Delegate and monitor team performance, providing additional coaching and training as needed.
  • Motivate team members through positive feedback and recognition for outstanding performance.
  • Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Maintain safety standards per OSHA guidelines and report accidents immediately.
  • Ensure assigned projects are brought in or under budgeted hours.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ retail industry experience, including merchandising, cosmetic resets, and leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetic brands and fixtures, as well as graphic design.
  • Ability to lead and train a team on cosmetic resets, ensuring aisles remain shoppable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication and customer support.
  • Working knowledge of plan-o-grams and floorplans, with ability to cross-reference multiple documents.

Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, auto insurance, internet access, and basic tools.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time, possible nights and weekends, and dedicate 95% of time to physical work.
  • Physical demands: stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, squatting for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs frequently, performing repetitive motions, climbing and descending ladders, and possibly working in precarious or high locations.

Skills

  • Computer software knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Personal mobile device required.

Pay

USD $17.00/Hr. - USD $18.00/Hr.

Schedule

95% of time dedicated to physical work: stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods, Lifting, pulling, and pushing materials and equipment also required. Possible daily and/or overnight travel required.
