About the role
Manage a merchandising crew on-site to execute cosmetic sets like reset, remodels, and new store execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Represent Channel Partners and its business units in all interactions with retail partners, customers, and external vendors.
- Support all Channel Partners policies and procedures.
- Communicate regularly with Project Manager and/or District Manager on assigned project updates, wins, and opportunities.
- Identify and collaborate on action plans to correct opportunities within assigned projects with Project Manager or District Manager.
- Create a positive and engaging team environment with an open-door communication policy.
- Delegate and monitor team performance, providing additional coaching and training as needed.
- Motivate team members through positive feedback and recognition for outstanding performance.
- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Maintain safety standards per OSHA guidelines and report accidents immediately.
- Ensure assigned projects are brought in or under budgeted hours.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ retail industry experience, including merchandising, cosmetic resets, and leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic brands and fixtures, as well as graphic design.
- Ability to lead and train a team on cosmetic resets, ensuring aisles remain shoppable.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication and customer support.
- Working knowledge of plan-o-grams and floorplans, with ability to cross-reference multiple documents.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, auto insurance, internet access, and basic tools.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time, possible nights and weekends, and dedicate 95% of time to physical work.
- Physical demands: stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, squatting for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs frequently, performing repetitive motions, climbing and descending ladders, and possibly working in precarious or high locations.

- Computer software knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Personal mobile device required.

Pay
USD $17.00/Hr. - USD $18.00/Hr.
Schedule
95% of time dedicated to physical work: stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods, Lifting, pulling, and pushing materials and equipment also required. Possible daily and/or overnight travel required.
