Corrugator Supervisor

About the role

The 3rd Shift Corrugator Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the efficient and safe operation of the corrugator production line during the second shift at our manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for managing a team of operators, maintenance and shipping personnel to ensure consistent product quality, meet production targets, and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the corrugator production team during the 3rd shift, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal line efficiency.
• Cook up with maintenance staff to schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and timely repairs of corrugator equipment.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate production goals, safety updates, and performance feedback.
• Maintain accurate production records, report shift performance metrics, and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience in corrugator operations or a related manufacturing environment.
• At least 4 years in a supervisory position in a production setting.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control procedures in manufacturing.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift schedule consistently.
