Corrugator Supervisor

About the role

The Corrugator Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of one assigned shift of hourly employees. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and lead employees in the daily production of corrugated board, including training, planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Evaluate employee performance and reward or discipline accordingly.
• Promote safety, quality production, and teamwork among employees.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Communicate operational information effectively at all levels: crew members, other supervisors, plant management, office personnel, and external customers and vendors.
• Promote and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and other organizational programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry is preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $69,500 - $92,600, with actual placement dependent on individual experience, skills, and abilities.
