About the role
The Corrugator Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of one assigned shift of hourly employees. Key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Supervise, direct and lead employees in the daily production of corrugated board, including training, planning, assigning, and directing work.
- Evaluate employee performance and reward or discipline accordingly.
- Promote safety, quality production, and teamwork among employees.
- Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Communicate operational information effectively at all levels: crew members, other supervisors, plant management, office personnel, and external customers and vendors.
- Promote and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and other organizational programs and initiatives.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry is preferred.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $69,500 - $92,600, with actual placement dependent on individual experience, skills, and abilities.
