Corrugator Supervisor
About the role
The Corrugator Supervisor is responsible for supervising, directing, and leading a shift of hourly employees in the production of corrugated board. Key responsibilities include training, planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating employee performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; promoting safety, quality production, and teamwork; and resolving conflicts.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise one shift of hourly employees.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Train and mentor employees to ensure high-quality production.
- Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Communicate operational information to all levels of the organization.
- Promote and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and other organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Corrugated industry experience preferred.
- Two years of manufacturing experience required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.

$74,080 - $92,600 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
