Responsibilities

  • Create training materials, job aids, presentations, newsletters, and e-learning content
  • Create business communications, announcements, and process documentation
  • Support onboarding resources for corporate and field employees
  • Maintain training content, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and version control
  • Partner with business leaders on new initiatives and operational rollouts

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience creating training content, instructional materials, or business communications
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience developing guides, manuals, presentations, or job aids
  • Excellent organization and project management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Articulate Rise 360 or Storyline
  • LMS/CMS platforms
  • Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Experience with e-learning development and process documentation
