Responsibilities
- Create training materials, job aids, presentations, newsletters, and e-learning content
- Create business communications, announcements, and process documentation
- Support onboarding resources for corporate and field employees
- Maintain training content, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and version control
- Partner with business leaders on new initiatives and operational rollouts
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience creating training content, instructional materials, or business communications
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience developing guides, manuals, presentations, or job aids
- Excellent organization and project management skills
Preferred Skills
- Articulate Rise 360 or Storyline
- LMS/CMS platforms
- Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Experience with e-learning development and process documentation
