About the role
The Operations Training Coordinator position at Cardinal Health is a full-time role located in Montgomery, NY. The shift is Monday through Friday, 7pm - 3:30am (or until work is completed), with an anticipated hourly range of $24 - $32 per hour (including shift differential).
Responsibilities
- Takes the lead in effectively applying and teaching new processes and skills in order to accomplish a wide variety of assignments.
- Comprehensive knowledge in technical or specialty area.
- Ability to apply knowledge beyond own areas of expertise.
- Performs the most complex and technically challenging work within area of specialization.
- Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions for team.
- Works independently to interpret and apply company procedures to complete work.
- Provides guidance to less experienced team members.
- May have team leader responsibilities but does not formally supervise.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience, preferred.
- High School Diploma, GED, or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience, preferred.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience, preferred.
- High School Diploma, GED, or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience, preferred.
Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7pm - 3:30am (or until work is completed).
