Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Pilot and Flight Attendant qualification records as well as file ongoing training records.
- Monitor all travel logistics for Pilot and Flight Attendant trainees and adjust trainee travel as necessary.
- Plan and execute Pilot and Flight Attendant trainees training schedules in Comply, CrewTrac, and MINT; reschedule as necessary.
- Manage and assign instructor schedules to best support training needs; proactively identify instructor gaps in training operations.
- Build Pilot and Flight Attendant instructor schedules in CrewTrac.
- Manage hotel and travel for pilot and flight attendant instructors.
- Handle pairing modifications for Pilots and Flight Attendants training in CrewTrac, as needed.
- Monitor training schedule to ensure all regulatory training requirements are scheduled, assigned, conducted, and recorded.
- Schedule and input in CrewTrac Pilot Line Checks, LCA FAA observations, and Instructor Line Flying.
- Prepare data for flight decisions and audit records for accuracy.
- Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in an office, administrative, and/or customer service role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a focus in Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass the fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) per 49CFR1542.209.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous aviation field experience.
- Associate’s degree.
Work Environment
- This job operates approximately 90% of the time inside a climate-controlled building and approximately 10% of the time outside in all types of weather.
- Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines, and filing cabinets.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to talk or hear.
- Largely a sedentary role; however, frequently required to stand, walk, climb up and down stairs, lift weight up to 25 lbs, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
