About the role

The Corporate Strategy Associate will play a crucial role in defining and accelerating the company's growth trajectory. Key responsibilities include:

• Participating in the design and iteration of corporate strategy and long-term growth initiatives, partnering closely with executive leadership.
• Supporting strategic projects such as market expansion, portfolio optimization, business transformation, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborating across business units to ensure strategic priorities align with overall company objectives.
• Serving as a resource for corporate development activities, including M&A, partnerships, and strategic investments.
• Preparing executive- and board-level presentations on key strategic initiatives and business performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• 2-3+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, analytics, operations, or finance.
• A Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in consumer products, retail, analytics, software, business intelligence, or related industries preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial modeling, and data analysis capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating strategic transactions, including M&A, partnerships, or joint ventures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives and boards.
